Currently, we only ship to the United States, while other international shipping zones are still under development. Standard shipping to the US usually takes about 7-12 business days, and tracking information will be automatically emailed to you as soon as your package ships.
What is your return policy?
We offer a strict 7-day return policy (from date of delivery) exclusively for items that arrive damaged or incorrect. To qualify for a refund or replacement, a continuous unboxing video showing the shipping label and the defect is strictly required. All sales for Mystery Boxes are final.
