At Loopie Craft, customer satisfaction is important to us. Due to the random nature of our Mystery Box products, please review our policy carefully before placing an order.
Mystery Box Purchases
All Mystery Box sales are final.
Because Mystery Boxes contain randomly selected items, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds based on personal preference, duplicate items, color preferences, or disappointment with the contents received.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@loopiecraft.com.
To be eligible for a replacement or refund, you must provide:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the issue
- A continuous unboxing video showing the unopened package, shipping label, and the item received
Claims submitted without an unboxing video may not be approved.
Return Approval
If your claim is approved, our team will provide detailed return instructions.
Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
The item must be returned in its original condition and packaging.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund.
If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
